Assistant Chief Engineer You understand how to maintain a building and the equipment within it. You also recognize the importance of hospitality and know how to train and supervise a team to deliver on the promise of “all things in working order.” As the Chief Engineer’s right hand, you are an integral part of the Engineering Department’s success. In the role of Assistant Chief Engineer, you will: Be a Point Person - Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the engineering department, including overseeing the staff responsible for maintaining the physical operation of the hotel. This includes building structure, fixtures, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems, and grounds. You will support the mission of providing a safe, secure, and comfortable guest environment, as well as fostering a positive guest and employee experience.
