Compliance Consultant $70,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits Join a growing team supporting 70+ large-scale renewable energy projects from kickoff through close-out. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys driving compliance across complex projects. What You’ll Do: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client compliance needs - Manage compliance activities across multiple active projects - Review contractor documentation, payroll corrections, and coverage data - Resolve prevailing wage issues and support audit readiness - Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure timelines are met - Track compliance progress and provide clear reporting to clients and leadership What You Bring: - Experience in compliance, project management, or regulatory environments - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset - Familiarity with prevailing wage or government contracting (preferred) Benefits: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, Holiday Pay, and more.
