We are seeking a full-time Medical Coordinator to join our Adult Behavioral Health team based in Harrisburg, PA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm with rotating weekend coverage as needed. Earn $20-21/hour: Position Details: The Medical Coordinator helps support an 8-bed personal care home serving residents with mental health diagnoses. This role ensures seamless coordination of medical and psychiatric care while fostering a safe and supportive environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate medical and psychiatric care by scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and managing pharmacy communication for timely medication delivery. - Administer and document medications and treatments according to prescriber orders. - Supervise staff to maintain smooth daily operations and compliance with program standards. - Collaborate with the management team to enhance program quality and resident well-being. - Participate in the on-call rotation.
