By taking ownership of and professionalizing customer interactions in the enterprise segment, this role will ensure complex post-onboarding operations, enabling our team to scale significantly Top responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for Account Managers during post-onboarding. Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers, ensuring all deadlines are met. Be part of the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting.
