Department Athletics, Volleyball-OPS Compensation: $20.00 Hourly JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Coach for a Division I volleyball program supports the head coach and other assistant coaches in all aspects of a highly competitive NCAA program. This role is designed for an early-career coach seeking experience at the highest collegiate level, with responsibilities spanning player development, scouting, recruiting support, and daily program operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting team practices, including drills, skill development sessions, and position-specific training Provide individualized feedback and technical instruction to student-athletes Support match preparation by contributing to scouting reports, video breakdown, and opponent analysis Assist with on-campus recruiting logistics, including scheduling visits and coordinating communications (in accordance with NCAA rules) Help monitor academic progress and support the overall well-being of student-athletes Coordinate equipment setup, practice gym organization, and travel logistics as needed Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and administrative planning Represent the program in a profe...
