Here, you’ll step beyond standard motor claims and manage more complex scenarios including fire, theft and attempted theft, as well as total loss claims. You’ll also work across a broader range of products such as watercraft, caravans, trailers, motorcycles and cars. This is a step up in both the type of claims you handle and the judgement you apply day to day. You’ll take greater ownership of outcomes, work through more detailed information and partner closely with assessors, investigators and other specialists to reach fair decisions. While some claims will still be straightforward, many will require deeper thinking, stronger policy knowledge and confident decision making. You’ll continue building on your existing claims experience, supported by coaching, collaboration and ongoing development as you grow into a more specialised role.
