The Director of Cage Operations will be responsible for providing a smooth and efficient operation and direction for the Main Bank, Marker Bank and Chip Bank through the Casino Cage. Responsible for Satellite Banks which will include High Limit. Develops innovative and cost-effective solutions which focus on driving efficiencies, improving guest experience, increasing employee productivity and growing revenues. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino KEY License. Starting Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Casino Cashier Shift Manager(s) KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - This position functions as the Cage Manager in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13.69D-1.11(b)6. - Responsible for the overall accountability of currency and cash equivalents in all Cage areas. - Responsible for conducting transactions for Caesars Rewards and Sportsbook when outlets are closed - Oversees Pit Clerk operations, and Mymarker.
