Join a mission-driven team that’s committed to putting children and families first. - Position : Infusion Intake/ Admissions Representative - Location : Houston, Texas - Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p THE POSITION: TheInfusion Intake/ Admissions Representative is responsible for receiving and coordinating referrals, admissions, and services for infusion therapy and related products. This role ensures seamless patient onboarding by collaborating closely with prescribers, pharmacy, nursing, insurance companies, and internal teams. Intake & Admissions: Perform intake for new infusion, pharmacy, and DME patients. Collect and verify referrals, prescriber orders, and insurance details.
