Program Manager KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal program with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for the CPSC eFiling Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support program, ensuring successful delivery of all contractual requirements, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement activities. You will oversee delivery for a high-visibility federal initiative as eFiling becomes mandatory, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and drive outcomes. You will engage with leadership and external partners to ensure program objectives are met, while using data and performance insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
