Ihre neue Aufgabe: Die Definition, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Beschichtungsprozessen für optische Komponenten bildet den Kern Ihrer Tätigkeit. Dabei gestalten Sie die Prozesslandschaft aktiv mit und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran Sie verantworten die Einführung und kontinuierliche Betreuung von SPC (inkl. Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen) sowie den Einsatz von DoE zur gezielten Optimierung von Beschichtungsrezepten – mit dem Ziel, Ausschuss und Varianz nachhaltig zu senken Beschaffung und Betreuung der notwendigen Infrastruktur liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.
