This involves assigning tasks to maintenance staff, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, performing inspections and minor repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance programs. Key skills include knowledge of heavy equipment, welding, mechanics, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Responsibilities: - Supervise maintenance staff: Assign tasks to and oversee the work of maintenance technicians and mechanics. - Perform and lead repairs: Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance, as well as more complex repairs on plant and mobile equipment. This includes tasks like filter changes, part replacements, and system overhauls. - Manage maintenance programs: Assist in the implementation and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. - Ensure safety compliance: Conduct daily safety checks of equipment and operations, and ensure all maintenance work is performed in a safe and compliant manner. - Troubl...
