Why You’ll Do: Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption of Intapp solutions Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps Monitor client health using quantitative and qualitative signals and act proactively to remove friction Partner across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and scala...
