URGENTLY HIRING !: Must be located in Maryland: Position Summary: The BCBA plays a critical role in providing clinical oversight and guidance in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising implementation of ABA treatment, and monitoring client progress. The BCBA also collaborates with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Responsibilities: Assessment and Evaluation: · Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors and/or skill deficits. · Analyze assessment data to develop a clear understanding of the client's needs, strengths, and areas for intervention. · Use evidence-based assessment tools and methods to inform treatment planning and guide decision-making.
