Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Director Design to Value (DTV) to join the team. The Sr. Director of Design To Value (DTV) is responsible for driving value creation across the product portfolio by optimizing product cost, performance, sustainability, and customer experience. This role leads cross‑functional DTV initiatives—including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, and Finance—to systematically identify opportunities that reduce total cost, enhance manufacturability, accelerate time‑to‑market, and strengthen competitive differentiation. The Director will build and mature a structured DTV program, develop governance methods, and lead high-impact workshops and teardown analyses to deliver measurable, sustainable business results. This is a remote position.
