Job description

Essential Functions: This position is responsible for: - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging Mid Valley Family Foods Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. - Operate processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. - Perform duties according to product specifications and established SOPs. - Replenish production supplies such as bags, boxes, and labels. - Prepare raw materials for processing and weigh ingredients for mixing. - Monitor packaging and filling lines to ensure quality and compliance. - Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packaging. - Perform in-process quality checks and document results per quality standards. - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to safety procedures at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (housekeeping). - Support team goals and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. - Cross-train in other roles to promote operational flexibility. - Maintain regular and predictable attendance. - Assist in the execution of the Food Safety and Quality Systems. - Perform other related...
