Preconstruction Manager, Leased - Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction

Meta is seeking a construction professional to join our design, engineering, and construction organization as a Preconstruction Manager, Leased. The Preconstruction Manager, Leased will collaborate closely with our leadership and delivery teams to manage projects from design kick off through to break ground on site and contract execution. The Preconstruction Manager will be experienced with with procurement, budgets, scheduling, constructability, and negotiation of large-scale mission critical projects. Responsibilities: Responsible for successful execution of large-scale commercial agreements with external partners from design kick off through construction start, including coordination of multiple team inputs, evaluation and allocation of risk, and incorporation of commercially responsible terms into construction contracts. Provide continued preconstruction subject matter expertise throughout the life of the construction execution phase - Lead program management alignment of multiple projects in preconstruction phase, including programmatic cost, schedule, and risk comparison, and alignment of implementation and constructability approaches across several internal stakeholder teams...
