YOUR TASKS: - Planning Transformation: Take over Responsibility of our group Planning Excellence Program and drive finance dedicated planning projects in our strategic BW and SAC landscape - Develop a strategic vision and operationalize a “One Planning” approach for strategic simulation, top-down and bottom-up Planning for Group and Divisions - Drive Workshops to establish an easy-to-use and end-to-end optimized planning model with operational Controllers and other Planning Functions (e.g. HR, Sales, Production). - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Financial Planning on a global scale and for new or changed steering requirements. - Suggest / advise how to optimize planning methods, processes and systems proactively. - Ensure seamless integration of Planning into our Analytics and Management Reporting approach together with Reporting SMEs and IT. - Project and change management of all related activities from planning excellence perspective including hands on collaboration in planning solution. - Ensure global planning governance within the region in terms of process Improvements, local demands and global initiatives.
