Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Advisory team at Marsh . This role will be based in NYC . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will independently manage a portfolio of large and complex clients, leading the development and execution of risk and insurance strategies that align to their business priorities. You will collaborate closely with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives to deliver tailored solutions, drive renewals, and support new business growth. We will count on you to: - Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts and bring the broader client team together to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies. - Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business strategies, risk appetite, and risk management needs to provide informed advice and solutions. - Use expert risk and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing solutions for complex needs and recommending additional products and services as appropriate. - Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal an...
