The Opportunity: As Head of Growth at Javvy, you won’t just be optimizing campaigns—you’ll be architecting the entire growth engine of one of the fastest-growing, better-for-you beverage brands in the U.S. You’ll lead strategy and execution across every major growth lever: paid media, creative, retention, CRO, influencer, analytics, and tech infrastructure. With full ownership of CAC:LTV, contribution margin, and new customer acquisition, you’ll be empowered to make fast decisions and scale efficiently—without red tape or bottlenecks.
