We are seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager to join our Solar & Storage organization to ensure the delivery of complex hardware programs for PV microinverters and ESS battery storage product lines. This role requires strong technical and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive results. The successful candidate brings hands-on project management experience and a passion for clean energy technology. This role is 5 days a week on-site in Reno, NV. Major Responsibilities: Coordinate across hardware engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams to keep programs on schedule.
