Job Description About the role: The Senior QA Engineer on the Duro Design team defines, builds, and scales the quality systems that ensure hardware engineers can rely on our platform every day. You’ll architect and implement quality strategy across our modern stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services—embedding confidence into how we design, ship, and operate software. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teammates in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment. We’re looking for engineers who think systemically about risk, embrace experimentation, and leverage modern AI-powered workflows to elevate quality across the organization. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA (3 days per week in office). A day in the life of our Senior QA Engineer: Quality Strategy Ownership: Define and evolve our end-to-end quality strategy, determining what gets tested, at which layer, and how coverage maps to real user risk.
