We move fast, we care deeply about our families and caregivers, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Full Desk Recruiter and Interviewer who can own the entire placement process. Ownership will be from sourcing and interviewing candidates to closing families and finalizing placements. What You’ll Do: This is a true full-desk role where you’ll manage both sides of the placement process. - Interview and vet candidates for private families, respite, and back up care - Guide candidates through onboarding (training, compliance, and readiness) - Conduct sales calls and family intake calls for those seeking nanny placement services - Match qualified caregivers to families based on needs, personality, and logistics - Coordinate and manage the family and candidate interview process - Present candidates to families and confidently guide both sides to a decision - Finalize placement details, offers, an...
