How we work Youll be embedded in the Product team and work closely with business and marketing. As our first dedicated data professional, youll have real ownership in shaping how data is used across the company. This is not a role where you wait for a backlog of requests. Youll help decide what matters, define how success should be measured and make sure we learn from what we build.
