About the Job: The Pharmacist will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to, dispensing of medications and patient consultation. The Pharmacist serves as medical expert, brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor and supervisor. The Pharmacist will serve as the Manager on Duty when necessary in the absence of the General Manager or other leadership staff. Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Lead by example through being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace and energy. - Provide patient consultation as needed. - Assist with ensuring store activities and staff are in compliance with state guidelines. - Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures. - Ensure all SOP’s are implemented and followed. - Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) functions as needed, including store opening and closing activities and staff supervision. - Foster a workplace that supports Holistic Industries’ aim to be the Best Place to Work, Shop, and Invest in Cannabis. - All other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request by any member of management. - Must complete a mandatory 4 Hour Pharmacist certification requ...
