Overview The Personal Banking Officer (Coral Way Branch) is responsible for delivering personalized service and support across all aspects of customer engagement, relationship management, and account maintenance within the branch. Responsibilities: This role assists in managing client relationships and supports a variety of banking functions, including customer transactions, loan processing, credit analysis, overdraft and returned item handling, and general administrative tasks. The Personal Banking Officer must ensure full compliance with all applicable Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) regulatory requirements. Education/Experience: Requirements Combination of education and experience will be considered. - Associate’s degree in Business (Finance or Accounting). - 4+ years of banking experience required, directly related to servicing customers in retail banking branch operations.
