Department: Parks & Recreation Reports To: Wellness Manager and Coordinator FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt: GENERAL PURPOSE: The Fitness Attendant is responsible for building positive, friendly relationships with all the High Blue members and guests who use the cardiovascular and strength areas. Responsibilities also include training members on proper use of the equipment as well as preventative and general maintenance of the training equipment areas. Cleanliness and Safety are of the utmost importance to High Blue and its members, your responsibility in this area is highlighted below. Incumbent must demonstrate a strong personal commitment to the mission and goals of the Belton Parks & Recreation Department.
