The Opportunity In this role you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Distribution Centre, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will provide on-site supervision of the Cleaning Team Members and Leading Hands across all shifts. Full time Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage the induction of all new Team Members according to both City and Coles requirements. - Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures - Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by all team members - Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment. - Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.
