MST FIT Senior Coach (Family Therapy Coach) Full Time: Far Rockaway, Queens, NY, US Salary Range:$55,000.00 To $59,000.00 Annually Summary Job Description: If you are passionate about working with/for vulnerable youth and families, implementing evidence-based models of treatment and care, we have a professional opportunity for you! The MST Coach is a specialized Case Planner role with a concentration of the MST-FIT model of service. Working within the social service department, the Coach supports youth and families, along with department staff by wrapping services to ensure successful discharge. MST-FIT ( Multi-systemic Therapy/Family Integrated Transition ) Coach Perform case management responsibility to the youth using the MST approach. Performs all activities and administrative tasks associated with handling a caseload in keeping with all ACS and OCFS regulations. Field work that sometimes requires you to drive residents in your vehicle. Occasional evening hours are required for parent conferences and home visits.
