Division: Retail Banking Department: Various – Branch Network: Reports to: Branch Manager: Status: Non-Exempt: Grade: 4: Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.91: Salary range updated 4/10/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Responsible for processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments in an efficient and accurate manner. Ensures every transaction is completed in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements. Consistently provides exceptional customer service while servicing and problem solving for our customers. Recognize opportunities to cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to meet customer needs.
