Description ADOS Clinical Facilitator/Supervisor Compensation: $75 per hour: Classification: W-2 Employee, Part-Time, Hybrid: Hours: Variable; Average of 1-3 hours per week Location: MPG Office & Remote (WFH) Pay Frequency: Biweekly: Supervisor: Senior Director of Mental Health and Testing Services Evaluator Summary: The ADOS Evaluator/Supervisor will support MPG’s testing team’s clinicians and/or clinical trainees in the administration, scoring and interpretation of the ADOS. This person will provide support and feedback for clinicians working towards ADOS competency by co-facilitating and/or co-scoring evaluations. Evaluator Responsibilities: - Support testing clinicians and trainees in administering the ADOS - Co-score evaluations to establish interrater reliability required for ADOS competency - Provide consultation and support for ADOS interpretation and integration of findings into reports, including write-up of ADOS results - Provide structured feedback and review of administrations and scoring to support skill development - Document each clinician’s progress toward ADOS competency, including reliability and proficiency benchmarks - Provide timely availability blocks to supp...
