Job Summary Coordinates and supports all staffing related activities associated with hiring candidates for CSX from when a need is identified until the need has been filled. As a Talent Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a great candidate experience from problem solving technical issues, providing logistical support, and supporting candidates throughout background and medical screening processes. Primary Activities and Responsibilities: - Support the post-offer processes as it relates to coordinating and managing all staffing related activities associated with hiring candidates for CSX - Support and implement strategic processes, while continuing to focus on company and federal compliance directives. - Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes are complete and in compliance with company policies and applicable federal regulations. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondences for the talent acquisition lifecycle - Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, maintain files, create and interpret reports, and other pertinent human resource records. - Ensuring all candidates are screened in line with government legislation and company standards - Collaboratively...
