HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Ensure the safety and well ‑ being of guests and fellow employees. Provide directions, escorts, and assistance to guests as needed. Assist civil and law enforcement authorities, including providing testimony in court or administrative hearings. Perform chip fills, jackpot verifications, and money escorts. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary. Patrol all areas of the property to identify safety hazards and security concerns. Interview, investigate, and document incidents in accordance with company policy. Complete detailed lost and found reports and incident descriptions. Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain attendance standards and adhere to departmental and company guidelines. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 115°F. Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in crisis or stressful situations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
