Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 1 to join our food operations team at Gracedale County Home in Nazareth, Pennsylvania . In this hands-on role, the Executive Chef 1 will work closely with and report to the Executive Chef 3. Will cook daily and oversee a team of approximately 8 culinary staff members. This is a great opportunity to grow your culinary career! This position typically follows a 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. schedule, with every other weekend coverage. What You'll Do: - oversee the daily food production serving approximately 550 skilled care residents; - assist with ordering and inventory management; - train and mentor cooks; - build strong client relationships while meeting the expectation of the client as well as Sodexo; - a strong supervisory/management skillset.
