Job description

The Director of Slots is responsible for the long range and daily direction, planning, and operations of the Slot Department and the Sportsbook Department to ensure optimal performance levels and to achieve company goals, in full accordance with all Company Operational Policies and Procedures and Gaming regulations. Obtain optimum efficiency, cleanliness, economy of operations and maximum profitability by performing duties personally or through subordinate managers/supervisors Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms. Ability to lead & mentor a team. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond. Ability to work with confidential data required. Ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly and resolve them. Ability to complete projects and goals by deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree and (5) years of related gaming experience, at least five (5) of which are specific to Slot or Electronic Gaming operations, and at least three (3) years as a supervisor, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
