As a Product Manager II within PNC’s Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Portage, MI; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC; Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA; or Cleveland, OH. Product Manager II is responsible for improving and evolving the end‑to‑end customer experience for small and mid‑sized business credit card products. This role focuses on reviewing customer journeys across servicing and ongoing usage to identify friction points, define opportunities, and deliver meaningful improvements. The Product Manager partners closely with technology teams, product owners, operations, marketing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to translate customer needs and business objectives into prioritized product enhancements.
