The opportunity Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Citrix Platform Design and Support Professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our critical Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and associated Citrix cluster infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for our global user base. How youll make an impact Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) solutions, including StoreFront, NetScaler (ADC), Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), and Workspace Environment Management (WEM). Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Citrix-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and application delivery failures. Manage and maintain the entire Citrix infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, and configuration changes, adhering to best practices and security policies.
