Job Description Summary The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Process Manager is a key leadership role within the Materials Management Organization (MMO), reporting to the IBP Manager. This position is responsible for leading the demand planning process for Power’s capital components across multiple business lines, supporting both Heavy Duty New Units (HDNU), Gas Services and Steam Power Services. The role owns the Demand Management Review (DMR), the first step in the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This includes consolidating backlog, forecasted demand, and convertible orders into a single, aligned demand signal that supports operational planning, supply capacity decisions, inventory strategies, and financial commitments.
