A little more about the role: As an Associate you will give detailed advice in the field of expertise being vertical transportation refurbishment and maintenance management. Responsibility for management of lift refurbishment and maintenance management and future strategy development for new business within these key vertical ransportation business segments as well as vertical transportation project management. Objective: This position combines a multi-functional role. The principal tow objectives are: - Responsible to manage and secure business in the building Maintenance and refresh / re purpose market sector by undertaking vertical transportation portfolio management and - Modernisation of existing vertical transportation units.
