UX Research Operations (Student Assistant)

Your mission: Too Good To Go's UX Research team exists to make sure the products we build are grounded in real user understanding. We are a small team working across a fast-moving product organisation and research operations - the infrastructure that makes insight possible - is central to how we work. A key focus right now is our continuous interviewing programme - a live, always-on system that generates weekly qualitative insights from users across multiple markets. This student worker role sits at the operational heart of that programme. You will keep the weekly cycle moving smoothly - managing scheduling, tracking participants, processing data and coordinating across tools. And alongside that, you will actively identify what is slow, what is fragile and what could be automated and help us fix it.
