Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer team in our Franklin, TN manufacturing facility. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Project Management – Leading engineering projects to completion, timely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. - Problem Solving - Solving operational problems using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies; determining the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; identifying the systemic root causes and recommending actions to prevent problem reoccurrence. - Continuous Improvement – Identifying and improving upon opportunities for improvement. - Equipment/Capital Procurement - Selecting manufacturing equipment which meets the Lasko Products manufacturing specifications, as well as project or program needs.
