Description General Kinematics is a leading multi-national vibratory manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Analyst with five plus years’ experience, demonstrable knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds, and a strong knowledge of Data Analytics using Power BI / Tableau to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration (approximately 70%) Data Engineering & Analytics (approximately 30%) - Serve as a key member of the General Kinematics’ Salesforce Engagement Team to maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and Salesforce Partners. - Serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator for the organization's Salesforce org (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Cloud) - Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings in alignment with organizational policies - Design and implement declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes to streamline business operations - Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, list views, and valida...
