Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our global team. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Specialist - Telecommunications, you will work on telecommunications, conferencing, and mobility systems to ensure seamless communication services aligned with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members. As part of a global team operating on a follow-the-sun model, you will need to be largely self-managed and proactive in identifying and mitigating any issues quickly to ensure seamless service continuity across time zones. We will count on you to: - Lead and oversee Move/Add/Changes (MACs) for telecommunications, conferencing, and mobility systems, minimising service disruption - Provide advanced support, troubleshooting and maintenance for cloud-based and on-premises phone/conferencing platforms, voice circuits - Take ownership of complex incidents, driving root cause analysis and coordinating with vendors and intern...
