Position Overview: The Solid Waste and Recycling Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the solid waste and recycling services sector. This role focuses on account retention through exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency, and handling key client issues. Additionally, the Account Manager will be tasked with developing new business opportunities, driving growth, and expanding the client base. Key Responsibilities: Account Retention & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Regularly meet with clients to assess needs, resolve concerns, and provide recommendations for optimizing solid waste and recycling programs.
