Senior Associate, Process Manager- Global Payment Network The GPN Portfolio Team is responsible for bridging the gap between Product strategic visions and operational execution. Partnering with the Product Areas / Families, we help to translate their product roadmaps into realistic, forecasted portfolios that align with business priorities. We provide management, oversight and support to all Product Area members; collaborating across varying levels and roles to enable leadership to see progress, remove blockers and make decisions needed to deliver the most value to the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the business owner to build roadmaps through forecasting grounded in capacity planning, high-level estimates of work and target dates Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders. Facilitate the intake process for new work entering the portfolio, ensuring the work is aligned to goals and has clearly defined scope and value.
