This individual is a true go-getter—someone who can quickly establish credibility in the behavioral health community while designing and executing strategies that drive consistent, high-quality pipeline growth. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic sourcing, talent marketing, and community engagement, owning outreach campaigns and developing creative ways to engage both passive and active clinicians. You will serve as a trusted advisor to provide market insights and shape sourcing strategies that enable scale. Responsibilities: Pipeline Development & Engagement Build and maintain always-on, high-quality pipelines of licensed behavioral health providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SMS, niche platforms), including segmentation, personalization, and multi-touch sequences Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach passive and hard-to-fill talent pools Build and nurture long-term relationship...
