As the Compensation Support Specialist, you will report to the Supervisor, Producer Compensation and will be responsible for providing compensation service and support to Kestra Financial Professionals. What you’ll Do: - Comply with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures and company policies. - Communicate effectively with internal staff. - Research compensation issues, process corrections and provide resolution. - Respond to email inquiries from producers and document them in Footprints. - Coordinate with our Accounting department to process commission advances and charge backs. - Train and assist producers on compensation, prod...
