ECS is seeking a Senior Analyst to work remotely . ECS is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This role is instrumental in driving IT modernization and knowledge management initiatives at DHS Headquarters. They will analyze and document business and system processes, design and implement KM frameworks, and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and is adept at collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Governance: Design and implement knowledge management frameworks, taxonomies, and content lifecycle policies (Knowledge-Centered Services/KCS). - Content Management: Create, review, and maintain high-quality knowledge-based articles, SOPs, and documentation. - System Optimization: Configure and maintain KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow) to improve searchability and user experience. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, capture tacit knowledge, and promote best practices....
