Short Facts: - Location: Munich, Germany - Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term - Salary Range: € 70.000 - 85.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level - Working Mode: Office first setup - Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German Your Responsibilities: As a People Partner you will build and own the Employee Journey at Flexa end to end. You are comfortable owning and building the full scope of the people function solo initially, with a clear growth path into Head of People as we scale This includes: - Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring plan reflects business needs - Own and continuously improve the company onboarding programme - Run the full performance review cycle in a way that builds a healthy feedback and high performance culture - Use and refine existing career frameworks as the team grows - Run engagement surveys and pulse checks; turn results into action - Build recognition practices and team rituals - Manage offboarding: exit conversations, documentation, knowledge transfer - Coordinate with Entrix on ecosystem onboarding and offboarding - Own HR admin: contracts, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and people reporting Your Profile: Mandatory Re...
