Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and manage the Telford site, ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, financial performance, customer service, and stock management. This role is responsible for developing and leading a high‑performing site team while ensuring the site operates efficiently, compliantly, and in line with business objectives.
