Our Operations team is the backbone of everything we deliver across our seniors village portfolio, and we're looking for a General Manager of Operations who leads with both commercial clarity and genuine care for the people in our communities. The Opportunity: This is a senior leadership role with real scope and accountability. You'll lead Regional Managers (Seniors), Property Management, Facilities, Procurement, Capex, and Property Leasing, responsible for the performance, governance, and operational excellence of our Seniors portfolio across both the core owned and managed asset base. You'll contribute operational insight to executive leadership, support the execution of our portfolio optimisation strategy, and ensure assets identified for divestment continue to perform commercially through transition.
